These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Truekin ("Truekin", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at truekin.co (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website describing Truekin and its products (OrcaLinq and Kintity). The products themselves are separate services, each governed by its own terms presented on that product's website. These Terms apply to the Site, not to the products.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems;

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and the Truekin name and marks — are owned by Truekin or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not use our brand assets or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site links to our product websites and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate. Accessing them is at your own discretion.

5. Messaging and third-party platforms

Some of our products send messages over third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform. Use of those products is governed by that product's own terms together with the relevant platform's terms — for WhatsApp, Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy. Nothing on this Site grants any right to message people without their consent. Anyone receiving WhatsApp messages from us or from a business using our products can opt out at any time by replying STOP; see our privacy policy for how opt-outs are handled.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
